  1. Kegels 

Doing Kegels will strengthen your pelvic floor muscles. Your pelvic floor is what is responsible for controlling your genitals so working on them with Kegels can increase your stamina.

To do a Kegel, pretend like you’re holding your urine midstream. Hold this for about ten seconds and then release.

  1. Squats 

If your glutes are lacking you won’t be able to balance yourself that well and your hips won’t be as fluid as they could be. One of the best exercises you can do to work out your glutes is squats.

To start, place your feet about shoulder-width apart and hold your arms out in front of you. Then you’re going to bend as if you’re about to sit in a chair. Be sure that your thighs stay as parallel as possible as you go down. Come back up and repeat the process nine more times.

  1. Standing Hamstring Stretch 

Flexibility will give you a better range of motion which will allow you to do a lot more during sex. Standing hamstring stretches is a good option for increasing flexibility.

Stand the same way you did when you were doing the squat except you want your knees bent a little and your arms down by your sides. Bend down so your head is going toward the floor.

Keep going until you can hug your legs and then hold the pose for around 45 seconds before coming back up.
