Yungeen Ace has returned with the release of his new video for “Blame It On The Streets,” a visual that shows his life in two chapters: the pain he’s survived and his next chapter of redemption. In the former he’s wearing prison scrubs and locked in a cell while in the latter he’s a free man dripped in chains and driving a Benz. Rap is Ace’s therapy, “Just want to ask the Lord why they took my brother away from me / Just want to ask the judge why they out give so much time that we won’t live to see.”
Never letting what he’s gone through slow him down, this is a project that reflects on his upbringing in Jacksonville, FL, working hard to make it out of the mud, and finding happiness in the people that have stayed down for him. Step Harder boasts features from Boosie, Lil Durk, Stunna 4 Vegas, Blac Youngsta, and is out now via Cinematic Music Group
