PREMIERE: LILY BECK Releases Her Own Rendition Of Kings of Leon’s “Use Somebody”

Today, we are pleased to join forces with Lily Beck for the release of her own rendition of Kings of Leon uber hit “Use Somebody” before it hits everywhere tomorrow.

With this track she manages to grab our attention with a nostalgic cover that allows you to picture yourself around a campfire with friends, reminiscing about happy memories and the first time you heard the original track on the radio. Supported by YouTube sensation Shaun Reynolds and his production skills (Esmee Denters, Tyler Ward), this version of “Use Somebody” isthe perfect way to revisit this classic hit with a very classic touch that sees her diving into her major influences like Adele and Mariah Carey with its nice blend of R&B and ballad pop.

About the song, producer Shaun Reynolds comments “This song marked the start of my production career. 10 years on we returned to the studio to create a refreshed version that we’re really proud of.”

Lily first started singing professionally at the age of 16 in a funk and soul band. Growing up she was influenced by soul music, Motown and big powerhouse vocals which can be identified in her sound.
