  1. Fresh air and sunshine

This is the most natural and easiest way to get you out of this problem. It takes no much effort to hang your clothes outdoor where the freshly washed clothes can have an expose of fresh air and sunshine. The workout clothes mostly have this problem, so this natural way can make your life much easier. The stinky smell can find a good escape, when clothes are hung outdoor. Moreover, any stains can be easily drawn out by natural sunlight. So, this method is beneficial in two ways i.e. making your clothes stink free and stain free.

  1. Wash in cold water

It might be strange for you, but it is true that when it comes to take smell out of your clothes especially your gym clothes, cold water is your friend. Other than the issue of smell, hot water can actually affect the elasticity of the clothes that are stretchy in nature. So never use hot water to wash your clothes and use cold water instead. It will enhance lifespan of your clothes without shrinking them that changes its size and appearance.

This may sound the craziest advice but it can be the best thing to follow to solve your problem. Try putting your stinky clothes in a plastic bag and place it in a freezer for some time. Well, you will feel that it is not as crazy as it seems when you hear it first time when you will look down to the actual reason behind this useful tip. As we know that there is very low temperature in the freezer, so this will kill the bacteria which is the major reason behind the bad odor in your clothes. Make sure your freezer does not become a piece of laundry, but yes, it’s a wonder hack if it is used once in a while.

Baking soda is easily available in every household and it is a very useful natural remedy to get rid of bad odor from your clothes. Baking soda is an alkaline that helps to moderate the level of acidic odor that is present in your clothes due to sweat. Basic soda also absorbs moisture so in this case the oil from the unpleasant order is also absorbed by baking soda which eliminates the unpleasant odor from the clothes. So, put few tablespoons of baking soda in the washing machine and see the magic.

Take a tub of water and put some vinegar in it and mix it well. Then put your dirty clothes in it and soak them for about 15 minutes before you actually wash them.
