Rapper SoLonely’s “Need You” Hits Hard

SoLonely, the artist behind tracks like “i try” and “if I die,” has recently been signed to Jeff Roman’s Nivy label – which is part of Universal Music. Together, the Grammy nominated producer and Swedish rapper bring out “Need You,” which is a beautifully haunting listen.

Given a subtle backdrop of 808s and finished with progressive melodies, “Need You” comes straight from the heart. SoLonely explains: “Music really became my therapist, best friend and shoulder to lean on in these past two years. In the last year I haven’t released much but I have recorded so many songs. My hard drive is filled with these emotions over beats. It’s time to start letting them out.”
