LISTENING CLUB LAUNCH THEIR NEW SINGLE ‘HURTS’

Listening Club are back with their second single, Hurts. Listen here

Bonding over a shared love of classic songwriting and 80s guitar jangle, the band are already seasoned musicians. Between them they have played Glastonbury, featured on BBC 6Music, penned tunes for E4 Skins, recorded numerous sessions for BBC Introducing – and toured the UK extensively.

Hurts is the second single in a trilogy produced by Neil Scott (Felt, Denim, Everything But The Girl) and engineered by Jon Spence (Happy Mondays) – both adding some 80s sparkle to the mix.

Band leader Rich, can’t wait for the release: “Hurts shows what we are about as a band: bringing out the light and shade of modern life in three minutes or less.”

To celebrate the release, the band will be playing a launch gig with hotly tipped band, Polo, on the 30th October at the Polar Bear in Hull. Tickets can be purchased here.
