CAL Announces Release of Debut Solo Project ‘The Identity Crisis: Side A’ – Out 11/15

Rising singer/songwriter CAL has announced the release date for his new collection of music dubbed The Identity Crisis: Side A, the project, set for release November 15th, serves as his most personal music to date.  “I wanted to say things that related to where I am in my life now and explore my identity more,” he says. “As much as I Iove performing with TIMEFLIES, I wrote some of those songs in a dorm room. I’m not the same person. I had to write about my life and what I’ve learned. I had to communicate my journey. I don’t think I knew how until now.” In conjunction, he has also released a lyric video to accompany his latest single, “Better by Now” – CLICK HERE to watch.

On the heels of a hiatus from the gold-selling pop phenomenon TIMEFLIES-which he co-founded- CAL embraces a wider emotional and sonic spectrum than ever before. CLICK HERE to watch the previously released video for “My Brother,” the track landed on Spotify’s New Music Friday in 10 countries, and CLICK HERE to watch “So Cal“.
