Nashville Indie Rockers, The Pressure Kids announces Vol. 2 EP, to be released on December 6th. To celebrate, they have released the first single, “Inspiration Blues” that is featured on Earmilk.

Nick Johnston from the band says, “This is our big, long rock song about the snares of inspiration, about getting away with it when maybe we shouldn’t have. there are a lot of ways we get ourselves into trouble, tangled up and chasing one another. we desire things that might inspire us, most of the time inured to the consequences. we wanted ‘Inspiration Blues’ to tell a lot of these stories at once. the cast of musical and sonic characters is diverse, and the map is sprawling and loud, and everyone gets away with it.”

Their new album, pressure kids: vol. 2, showcases where the band has been, and where they’re heading. Serving as both a graduation and an introduction, the band’s march 2019 self-titled EP was a formal invitation to stick around, but the pressure kids: vol. 2 is a testament to what can be accomplished when five friends believe in something bigger than themselves. this is a band who has released 12 stellar songs and 2 ambitious music videos in 2019 alone, a band who will continue to do so as long as they are able.
