Seahawks & Woo Announce New Album

Seahawks and Woo have joined forces to release a new album on the Emotional Response / Ocean Moon label on the 1st of November 2019.

A truly inspired psychedelic collaboration, ‘Celestial Railroads’ is released on limited vinyl and is available digitally at all major outlets. With a rich sonic tapestry that spans genres and recalls the feel of Can, KLF, Cluster and Spaceman 3, the new long player features twelve tracks including the lead single ‘The Next Level’.

Album Track Listing:

01. ‘The Next Level’

02. ‘Travel Softly’

03. ‘The Way Of Woo’

04. ‘Magic Totem’

05. ‘Omotion’

06. ‘A Deep Trip Within’

07. ‘Angelic Forces Unite’

08. ‘All Beings Of Light’

09. ‘Magic Sphere’

10. ‘Distant River’

11. ‘The Heart’s Fandango’

12. ‘Seven States Of Bliss’

Woo are perhaps the UK’s most underrated new age/ambient act, it was only when Drag City re-released their 1989 album ‘Cosy Inside’ that the world began to realise what a unique and essential sound they create. Subsequent re-releases with Emotional Rescue cemented their place in the cosmic canon.

Seahawks have been releasing tripped out music since 2010. Their distinctive hazed and phased production unites the disparate genres and sounds that they use to weave their distinctive web. From AOR to Kraut Rock, Balearic and mu-psych, new age and house.

‘Celestial Railroads’ is a true journey into a landscape that is both fantastic and new yet strangely familiar. An audio equivalent of David Lindsay’s sci-fi oddysey ‘A Voyage To Arcturus’. Breathe deep and journey on.
