This song is the title track off of my forthcoming release “Alice’s Land” (due out early 2020).The song uses the classic tale of Alice in Wonderland to explore the confusion, isolation, and anger that we feel when we try to reconcile our internal world and larger worldview with the role that we’ve been assigned by society. It’s a woman’s coming-of-age story (with a few added political implications for good measure).
