The term “clean eating” has been all over the internet for quite some time now. What exactly is it? Visions of pristine and blemish-free produce may pop up in your head. But clean eating is not about being germ-free (although that is also good). It is a way of consuming food in its most natural state. You will rely less on processed food and focus more on fresh, minimally prepared meals.
