There is a certain rawness to KIDDO’s music, and the Scandi pop songstress delivers again with her new single. Out now through Sony/Four Music is “Dead Alive,” a pop cut that channels percussive flair and a warm electronic backdrop.
She emerged just last year with “Drunk And I Miss You,” which served as an ideal introduction to get to know KIDDO’s retro influences and slightly grunge-y vocals. Creating herself a digital persona, the KIDDO character is brought to life in another stellar visual, which can be seen below.
She shares: “Life is too short. So don’t treat it like you have all the time in the world. Being alive does not mean you live. Lately I was saying to myself, I would rather die than to be dead alive.”
