FRANK HAMILTON presents… “One Song a Week II”

“Beating Yourself Up” is the first chapter in One Song a Week II – Frank Hamilton’s latest project that sees him release a new song every week across all major download platforms.

At 2 minutes long, Beating Yourself Up is a pint-sized reminder not just to fans, but to Frank himself.

“I’ve always been quite hard on myself but these days I’m a lot better”, says Frank. “Beating Yourself Up is for anyone having a crap time”.

“The song took about 10 minutes to write, which is funny given the fact I’ve spent 10+ years trying to figure out how to stop beating myself up (and still keep forgetting)”.

Recorded in a hotel room in Cologne while on tour with childhood heroes Wheatus, the song arrives shortly before World Mental Health Day on October 10th – a subject close to Frank’s heart.
