Houston X Drops Sinister Revenge Anthem ‘The Forrest’

London artist Houston X comes through with new single ‘The Forest’ – a melodic and buoyant track in true Houston style and a sinister hint towards betrayal and dark secrets. Listen here

Often referred to as London’s answer to Travis Scott, Houston X comes through with his first instalment of a big year, a new track which is as ethereal and dreamy as it is dark and menacing. ‘The Forest’, produced by Diego, is an expression of secrets and using “what we did in The Forest” as a potential tool for revenge. It’s a showcase of versatility as Houston switches effortlessly between his signature atmospheric melodies, contemporary trap instrumental and surprising yet traditional guitar riffs. There is no doubt that Houston is carving out his own unique space in the scene, it’s almost hard to mirror this young artist against anyone else coming out of the UK.
