“Social media has the power to connect us in such a crazy way, but it also can create a real sense of loneliness. This song came from the heart, for our generation,” says Echosmith frontwoman Sydney Sierota.

“Lonely Generation” is the band’s first independent single on their own record label, Echosmith Music, which was created in 2018 with a deal with Warner/ADA. The song is the first taste of a lot more music to come as Echosmith embarks on their next musical chapter, encouraging hope, love and camaraderie amidst the growing pains and the happy moments that come with growing up.
