‘Tree Of Light – A Call To Arms’ is an intensely moving song. On the track RIOPY commented, “It’s a call to humanity to fight – not the wars outside, but to fight the wars inside us. A wake up call. If we are all kind to each other, and kind and compassionate and nice to ourselves and each other, we will have a better chance to save ourselves and the planet.”

RIOPY knows better than most the power of the piano. The self-taught prodigy has used the instrument as his weapon of choice: an instrument, in both senses of the word, for emotional change, environmental action, pioneering neuro-science, love, connection and togetherness.

His latest masterpiece, ‘Tree of Light’, is a ten-track album of self-composed instrumental music, each with a feeling, all with a message and all with a purpose. As he puts it: “I use the piano is a medium to communicate. There is life and joy and pain and feeling in my music.”

Album highlights include the powerful opening track ‘Tree of Light – A Call To Arms’, the rhythmically calming ‘Blue Moon’ and the uplifting album closer, ‘New World’.
