ZONDERLING, JOSH CUMBEE AND DAMON SHARPE DROP NEW SINGLE WITH PERSONAL TOUCH ‘LIFETIME’

Zonderling are currently powering their way to the top of the dance music domain. After making waves with ‘Crazy’ – the collab with Lost Frequencies that secured them two BUMA awards and over 135 million Spotify plays – and recent single ‘Imaginary’, the Dutchmen are back with a masterfully produced release and accompanying music video. Featuring the top-tier vocals and personal writing of respectively Josh Cumbee and Damon Sharpe, the result is undeniably evergreen: ‘Lifetime’.

Teeming with laidback vibes and vocals that float effortlessly on the instrumental backdrop, Zonderling’s brand-new collab with Josh Cumbee and co-writer Damon Sharpe packs an entire summer’s worth of love and warmth. A narrative touched by both the seemingly unbreakable bond between father and daughter and the airiness of the beats, ‘Lifetime’ is a record fans can draw power from, now and forever.

Zonderling: “’Lifetime’ is pure and simple whilst staying true to the Zonderling sound. We really loved being able to help tell this story about a father and daughter with the production and sound design. It all came together so easily it felt like cheating, but we didn’t find anything to improve. ‘Lifetime’ was just exactly as it should be!”

Josh Cumbee: “I am so thrilled to be a part of this record alongside Zonderling and Damon Sharpe. For me, this song represents those moments (and people) in life that take your breath away, for which time simultaneously stands still and yet moves all too quickly. I hope you all find as much meaning in it as we did!”

Comprising producer Martijn van Sonderen and DJ Jaap de Vries, Zonderling have been on a roll in the past few years. Since breaking into the music scene, they’ve landed remix requests from the likes of Martin Garrix, Zedd and Sam Feldt, and performed at globally acclaimed festivals and venues such as Tomorrowland, EDC Orlando, Sziget, Ushuaïa Ibiza, New City Gas in Montreal and Bootshaus in Germany. Their potential is undeniable, and ‘Imaginary’ sees turn that potential into a track that could very well dominate charts across the globe.
