 Critically acclaimed and genre-bending recording artist, GASHI, releases today his latest single “Safety,”featuring frequent collaborator DJ Snake through all digital and streaming platforms.  To coincide with the track release, GASHI announces that his highly anticipated self-titled debut album, GASHI, is due out September 20th through RCA Records. “Safety” marks the latest release from the album and follows on the heels of April’s Billboard top 40 smash, “My Year” featuring G-Eazy.

Born in Libya, GASHI spent much of his young life as a refugee, moving from country to country.  His family eventually settled in Brooklyn, NY, where he was introduced to music at a very young age.  Rooted in hip-hop, GASHI absorbed a melting pot of genres throughout his youth, resulting in the formation of his own unique sonic palette, and has since created a sound that sits in between pop, hip-hop, rap, and dance music.

“Safety” releases today through all digital and steaming platforms.  The debut release, GASHI, will be available everywhere beginning September 20^th.
