mau5trap Artist i_o Touring with deadmau5, Appearing at Electric Zoo – ‘House of God’ EP Out Now

Everything can be hacked, as world renowned techno artist i_o has continuously proven. Combining dark heavy grooves and intense evolving melodies, i_o brings together dance music’s finest elements. With influences ranging from deadmau5 and UMEK to techno’s most underground, i_o is poised to take over the world’s main stages with driving sets that grasp and don’t let go.

His latest, a dark and suspenseful four-track EP titled House of God out now on deadmau5’ label mau5trap, has taken over dance floors with its pulsing vocals and driving basslines. The EP has solidified i_o’s signature heavy sound in the forefront of dance music’s most exciting new arrivals. With prolific releases on mau5trap, co-signs from deadmau5, Above & Beyond and JAUZ, along with highly anticipated appearances at Creamfields and Electric Zoo (fans also caught his mesmerizing sets earlier this year at Ultra Music Festival and Electric Daisy Carnival), as well as direct support slots on deadmau5’ CUBEV3 tour in Dallas, Los Angeles and elsewhere to be announced very soon, expect to see i_o everywhere.

Says i_o, “In 2017, deadmau5 brought Cube 2.1 to LA for a few shows. A friend took me to one of the nights and we were lucky enough to get to go to the Factory 93 warehouse afterparty. I was producing under a variety of projects at the time but that night, seeing deadmau5 in his full form with the cube, followed by him in a warehouse ripping through a two-hour techno set was enough to kick start me into taking the leap with the i_o project. Two years later I’m in my own element, excited to be joining forces on the cubev3 tour.”

Upcoming i_o tour dates are:
