Smart Sound for each kind of situation: Radio, Club, Festival, MixShow, Private listening, Sport.
Who are some of yourtop 5 musical influences?
David Guetta, Afrojack, Swedish House Mafia, DJ Snake.
What do you want fans to take from your music?
I would like that each person could find something for himself in each of my songs. Personally, when I write a song, I try to convey my mood as much as possible, share my experiences. It is also very important to me how the song sounds, quality is the determining factor for those who choose what they will listen to. My music is part of my story, a part of my story that I want to share with everyone.
What is the best concert you have been to? What do you like most about playing live?
Last Summer 2018 – I have been in Odessa, Ukraine. I had a show before Armin van Buuren. It was a day before my show with Afrojack. 10 000 people – they are came early and stayed with us until the end. It was my highlight from last year. This summer will be so busy, a lot of production and shows around the world. Really exited about that. My music opened new world for me without boundaries.
Is there a song on your latest CD release here that stands out as your personal favorite, and why?
If i could to mention a remix it would be great. I did a remix for DJ Snake, Cardi B, Selena Gomez. Song called: “TakiTaki”, i’m sure you know this song. I don’t know why, but this job really motivated me. You can download it for FREE on my official website: http://www.djfenix.com/remixes
How have you evolved as an artist over the last year?
It’s a good question. First of all I decided to understand how the industry works. You know, unfortunately, if you only write music and do not understand how the industry works, for example, copyright or royalty collection, then in general, playing music can be evaluated solely as a hobby. Secondly, the last year was mega productive in production. I spent more than one month in the studio, as a result of which 2019 is under the flag of new music. I am also working on an album that you will hear in 2020 at the end of winter.
If you could meet, play a gig, co-write a song, have dinner, have a drink with any band or artist (dead or alive) who would it be?
AC/DC – I managed to get to their concert in Finland, but I would really like to say a big thank you to Angus Young (Lead guitarist) for his contribution not only to the music, but also to my understanding of the high-quality sound.
What’s next for you?
Touring – fully booked until the end of September 2019, also a lot of new and fresh music from me. New releases and also remixes.
