Hiking is one of the most sought after activity for adventure lovers in the world. The pleasant weather, the breathtaking landscapes, and beautiful rivers are the dream of every hiker. The Narrows USA

The Narrows is a hiking destination in the United States that is spread across 16 miles and famous for the iconic red canyons, lakes, rivers, and waterfalls. Most of the part of the Narrows is in the form of a river where some areas are deep enough that you will need to swim. There are 12 camping sites where you can rest and dry yourself to continue your trip.

The site has 2000 ft high cliffs that are spread over 16 miles and are situated on the sides of 20 ft wide Virgin river that runs between them. Spring and summer are the best times for hiking The Narrows as the water levels are low and warm in these seasons. The hike starts at The Chamberlain Ranch, that is about 20 miles from the East Entrance of Zion National Park, but most people start hiking from the Temple of Sinawava.

The Haute Route, France & Switzerland

The Walker’s Haute Route starts from Chamonix in France and ends up at Zermatt, in Switzerland. The route takes the hiker on visually stunning landscapes spread between Europe’s two most iconic mountain ranges – Mont Blanc and the Matterhorn.

The trail passes by ten of twelve highest mountain peaks in the Alps and offers a view of alpine meadows glacial valleys, and multiple villages.  It passes through the center of Swiss and French Alps that are two different cultural regions. Hikers can sleep in a tent or mountain hut to rest between the trip. The refuges mountain huts are open from mid of June to the middle of September.

The Inca trail tour is one of the most sought after hiking tours in the world. The road offers you to see some of the most breathtaking landscapes and trails. Moreover, you come across various cloud forests and mountains covered with lush green vegetation. The actual road was created centuries ago, but the present road still holds the natural appeal of stones used to create it.

The journey starts from Cuzco city in Peru, and the hike begins at a place known as Kilometer 82. The site is so called because the trailhead location is 82 kilometers from Cuzco along the railway track. The journey passes through the town of Ollantaytambo and the place Kilometer 82 is located midway on the way to Aguas Calientes.  It takes four days to complete the hike, and it is finished when you arrive at Machu Picchu’s Sun Gate, where you can watch the sun rising in the misty ruins.

Pays Dogon, Mali

Pays Dogon is one of the most unusual places that come to mind when people think of trekking. It is an isolated area located in the eastern part of Mali with many villages, but still, the place is remote and rugged. However, it is the most scenic place in Africa that is why many professional hikers choose hiking at Pays Dogon to explore the beautiful landscapes. The hiking trip can take up to ten days and offers you a view of ancient cliffs and Dogon villages while you traverse the peaks.

GR 20, France

The GR 20 is a 180 km long trail that traverses diagonally from north to south of Corsica.  Although one of Europe’s most beautiful mountain trails it’s also the most difficult of all the GR routes. The trail has numerous variations in the height of about 10000 meters.  Although GR20 does not require any professional climbing techniques, hikers should be physically fit to walk over various rugged terrains.

There are two parts of the trail, northern and southern region. The north part begins in Calenzana and goes up to Vizzavona. The southern part begins from Vizzavona and goes to Conca and is more comfortable than the northern region, except the Coscione plateau but its work the landscapes comprising green meadows.

Tet Paul Nature Trail, St Lucia

The Tet Paul Nature Trail hike is one of the leading hiking trails in St. Lucia. The best advantage of visiting this place is that it is not much difficult to hike and suitable for groups and families. The trail is not too long, and you can complete it within 45 minutes. But the landscaping St Lucia scenic views can steal your heart that you cannot resist without capturing in your camera.
