Walk Off the Earth’s Touching Video for “Mike’s Song”

Multi-platinum phenomenon Walk Off the Earth have released the heartfelt music video for their new original single, “Mike’s Song,” available now via RED MUSIC. The touching song and video honor their late band member, Mike “Beard Guy” Taylor, who tragically passed away in December of 2018. The band drew inspiration from MusiCounts–Canada’s music education charity associated with the Juno Awards and an organization near and dear to Mike’s heart–for the concept behind the video in which they distribute instruments to children in need in Mike’s honor. CLICK HERE to watch and HERE to donate and learn more about the work of MusiCounts.

The band shares, “Some of the strongest connections in our lives have been those forged through music. The connection we all had with Mike was a shining example of that. He was an incredible person that touched the lives of so many, and having the opportunity to commemorate his life and legacy with this song is an honour that we cherish greatly.”

Fresh off their N** Game 4 national anthem performance and headline appearance at Red Rocks Amphitheater, Walk Off the Earth released their new original single “Mike’s Song” last month. The band’s highly anticipated full length album will be released in early October and they are currently in the midst of an extensive world tour, which includes stops at Wembley Arena in London and Vancouver’s Orpheum Theatre.
