L’Resorts Announce New Album + New Video

Vincent Kircher has announced his new project, L’Resorts, and will release the self-titled debut album on July 19, 2019. Primarily known for indie rock band Jaill (Sub Pop, Burger Records, Infinity Cat), Kircher teamed up with Martha Cannon from Milwaukee americana band, Lady Cannon, to form L’Resorts. What began as a one–time collaboration evolved into a seven-piece group including original Jaill drummer, Austin Dutmer, and several other regulars from the Milwaukee music scene.

To celebrate today’s announcement, L’Resorts released a music video for the single, “Yeah Everything”. 

The breezy, confidently arranged tunes evoke the mood and vibe of an era while deftly avoiding any single pigeonhole, akin to what The Cars might have sounded like if they were in San Francisco in 1968. The combination of the record’s essentials– marimba riffs, mellotron, and supremely catchy vocal melodies– sound fresh and unlike anything else right now.
