Singer Tony Ferrari Releases New Music Video For Mac Ayres’ “Easy” Cover

Keeping up with our premiere week, we are joining forces with Tony Ferrari for the release of his new live video for his own rendition of Mac Ayres’ “Easy.” The visual shows the talented singer-songwriter as he strips down and pour his heart in this version of the popular song.

About the song, Ferrari comments:

“Over the last two years I’ve been creating new music almost everyday. I’ve been exploring combinations of classic sounding songs with modern pop elements, and I’ve been really inspired to pursue that style. When I heard “Easy,” it felt like an amazing song to put my spin on and release as somewhat of an introduction to my own new music. The song is beautiful, but also has this kind of swagger. The new music I’m releasing has a simplistic and minimalist vibe, so I wanted to make this video in the same way. We got together and shot the video on a cloudy day at my friend’s home studio in Silverlake, and I’m really excited that it’s the first thing people get to see as I get back to releasing music

Tony Ferrari was raised writing poetry. His grandfather, a published poet, spent countless hours with Tony working on his writing from a very young age. In his early teens, Tony discovered soul music and fell in love with the likes of Sam Cooke, Marvin Gaye, and Nat King Cole. The poetry that he loved to write would now transform into the music that he adored.

Tony has independently released two full length albums, both of which debuted in the iTunes Charts. His most recent, “Gentleman,” reached the top 50 on the Pop Charts, and catapulted Tony into a year-long journey of touring and constantly working on music. Over the last four months, Tony has refocused his energy on new music with a new and bold style. “Growing up is a constant state of transformation, and we really never stop growing up,” Tony says. “Music is perfectly reflective of that. The sounds, the words, and the feelings that go into and come out of the music we create will always be evolving. But the music I make will always be a perfect reflection of me. This is me.”
