CD REVIEW: 26 by Amaris

Ámaris has just dropped the full-length release called “26”, and it’s the pop/electronic sound we’ve been waiting for to get our Summer started. On that note, who’s ready to get our Summer on and poppin’ to epic proportions? We know the heck you are because so far, 2019 has been sort of quiet within the party scene. Who else would we want to break it open than Ámaris, who is not only releasing this album, but is also releasing a book and coming out in a short film, Supernova. Talk about being on a busy schedule!

Ámaris has had a lot to say about the new album and it’s about time you hear it, “The inspiration for this album was “disillusioned”, it is about reflection and feeling disenchanted, and obviously, Ámaris recorded it with 26 years. The music was recorded to be minimalistic and support the “disillusioned” vibe.”

Have you ever felt disillusioned, disappointed in someone or something that you discovered to be less that what you believed in? Well, we know what you’re thinking. We’re hyping this up to ber so great but then you hit us with a quote from Ámaris and disillusionment. Is this what Ámaris planned all along?

It’s about time to make our own decisions and believe what we want to believe, without the influece from others.

Take a listen to Ámaris’ full-length release of “26” and come up with your own opinion of this album. Let us know what you think!
