Sebastian Javier, formerly known as Sebastian Olzanski, is a Canadian-Argentine singer-songwriter listed as one of the ‘Top 10 most influential teens in Canada’ by Twitter for the past three years, sharing the list with Shawn Mendes and Justin Bieber and occasionally outranking the likes of Drake and The Weeknd.
Starting his career as a content creator on YouTube as That Spanish Boy, Sebastian developed an ever-expanding, loyal and international fanbase and in 2016 he released the well-received debut single Nobody But Us and Spanish language single Sequire Aqui. Followed by Not Alone in 2018, he inspired the worldwide Twitter trend #SelfieForSeb, inspired young people struggling with mental health issues which was covered by E-Talk Daily, Entertainment Tonight Canada and supported by a European tour.
Consistently producing content for both English and Spanish speaking fans, his forthcoming single Manicomio is a stadium-sized Latin pop anthem with flavours of R&B, and effortlessly catchy no matter your native tongue.
Manicomio was also written in collaboration with Award Winning songwriters Fito Blanko (Daddy Yankee, Elvis Crespo, Pitbull) and Jenson Vaughan (Britney Spears, Madonna, Ellie Goulding), produced by hitmakers Sensei Musica, (RIAA Platinum certified, Grammy-nominated, two #1 Billboard Chart songs), and mixed and mastered by George Seara (Shawn Mendes, Drake, Rihanna).
Speaking on the release Sebastián says “Manicomio is about a girl I keep chasing but she keeps playing hard to get but in the end I get her. The song’s real meaning is about chasing after something you really want and never giving up until you get it.”
