Noirre is an artist and producer from Northern California who blends his own distinct elements of Electronic Alt/Pop with Hip-Hop and R&B.  At just 22, Noirre has received millions of spins from over 300k fans in 65 countries and is a SAMMIE nominee for Best Producer and Best Pop Artist.
