Hi guys, welcome to VENTS! How have you been?

Very good, working hard in the studio. We have a lot of material on the way.

Can you talk to us more about your latest single “Nowhere”?

Nowhere is a track we have been working on for more than 5 months. We tried to renovate our sound and create something new with different influences and Dr. Shiver helped us to achieve the goal for the track very well. We were in constant communication with him and the Art&Music team, this way we managed to get a fresh track that can have a good impact on the clubs and festivals.

We are very excited about this track!

Did any event in particular inspire you to write this song?

We wanted to create a unique and futuristic progressive house atmosphere around the track, honestly it was not easy but we are very happy with the final result. We honestly believe that the music scene needs new, fresh sounds and we wanted to contribute to this with the track.

Any plans to release a video for the single?

Yes, there’s a video coming for sure!

How was the recording and writing process?

The process was long! Many things changed, we sent the first idea to Dr. Shiver and he advised us to improve a few things. He contributed a lot on the breakdown and gave us some very good ideas for the drop. When we finished the track, we sent the material to him and his team who were in charge of mix and master. We had no doubt they would do an amazing job since Dr. Shiver and his team are known everywhere for their mixing and mastering skills and the incredible technology they have to offer. That’s how Nowhere was born.

What role does Mexico play in your music?

The main influence for us is our country and we want the Mexican scene to continue growing with good-quality music. As artists we would like to have the same impact in our country as the greatest producers have in the world. “From Mexico to the world”, haha!

Do you tend to take a different approach when you are collaborating with someone else rather than in your own?

No, not really, it’s the same process. We try to make things flow naturally, probably the only thing we try to adapt to is the schedule. For example with Dr. Shiver and his team, we had to find a balance between our schedule and theirs, considering also the time difference.

What’s been like to work with Dr. Shiver and how he has influence you guys?

It has been very great! We believe that he and the Art&Music team are true professionals: from the first moment we got in contact with him and his team, we did not doubt that it would turn out to be a good and enriching experience. Dr. Shiver has supported us since the beginning: this type of support doesn’t come so easily today and we believe that this kind of work relationship is the cause of good music and a great artistic understanding.

Does the new single mean we can expect a new material – how’s that coming along?

Yes, a lot of material coming! We have a series of good collabs on the way, and we know that they will be crucial in our career. You cannot miss what we are preparing for 2019!

Any tentative release date or title in mind?

“Highway” (really looking forward to this track) is one of the collaborations we were talking about earlier! Be very aware of this track

Any plans to hit the road?

Of course we have been working hard in the studio and it is time for people to listen to us live. We know that summer is coming soon and with it many great festivals, which we are already in the talks to be part of.

What else is happening next in Kremerk’s world?

All we can say is… stay tuned!
