Eclectic as you will hear in the music itself.
Who are some of your top 5 musical influences?
Prince, Lenny Kravitz, Michael Jackson, AeroSmith, George Michael.
What do you want fans to take from your music?
The story! Each song brings to life a point in life, combined with the melodic sound of poetry in motion.
How is the music scene in your locale?
Buzzing, London is the Capital, music is every where.
What is the best concert you have been to?
The best concert was when I saw Prince at the O2 Arena in London.
What do you like most about playing live?
Bringing the songs to life in front of anticipating hearts who are with you every beat of the song.
Is there a song on your latest CD release here that stands out as your personal favourite, and why?
The song that stands out for me, and that is my favorite has to be “The Machine “. The lyrics are so relevant today, as they were yesterday. The political scene hasn’t changed and our governments are still doing to us what they have always been doing. You look around the world there is so much we disagree with, yet those policies are in place today.
The Machine basically states, if you want the truth, its right in front of your eyes!
How have you evolved as an artist over the last year?
My song writing has dramatically improved, the lyrical content is very strong and the melodies have taken the final product to a new level. This is good to see as a songwriter.
If you could meet, play a gig, co-write a song, have dinner, have a drink with any band or artist (dead or alive) who would it be?
I had a dream that I was on stage with Michael Jackson, I wrote a song that I wanted to give to Michael Jackson, “Unspoken faith”, and I think he would have rocked it.
What’s next for you?
I have so much material that I haven’t completed, so this will be the focus. I will keep bringing consistent, entertaining, enjoyable music to the world. Thank you for the interview.
