Emerging North London singer-songwriter Mae Muller has teamed up with production duo Future Cut to release new single “Leave It Out” b/w “Flaws.” Mae’s work with Future Cut (Rihanna, Dizzee Rascal, Lily Allen) is the first in a series of three collaborations that will also see Mae team up with producers Two Inch Punch and Jimmy Napes over the coming months. The single is available to buy and stream on all platforms here:

The contagious new two track single opens with “Leave It Out,” a heady mix of pop R&B, infused with a cool reggae vibe conveyed through her distinctive London vocals. “Leave It Out” captures Mae unravelling her truth and continuing to be the independent woman she is, delivering her signature raw vocals and relatable style. With its intoxicating beat, “Flaws” again shows Mae owning her power.

Mae explains; “with ‘Leave It Out’ Future Cut had started this beat and I just thought “I have to write something so BOSSY over this”. Something that people can really feel themselves to”. Continuing on ‘Flaws’ Mae says, “It was a case of me wanting to switch the stereotype. It’s always men bragging about how much money they have and what luxuries they own, so I thought I would add my spin on it. That you’re gonna have to do a whole lot more to impress me!”
