Super Duper Unveils new single “Canons” ft. JMR

Building off the strong momentum he created for himself at the tail end of 2018 on stunning releases, “Vessels to You” and “Horizons,” Nashville producer Super Duper continues to showcase his ability to pull at the heartstrings and connect to his audience on a personal level on his first tune of the new year. “Canons” is out everywhere.

“When I was writing the song I was thinking about how the majority of the problems I have in a relationship stem from wounds inflicted in the past. The more self-aware I become the more grateful I am for those who love me through my healing and help me break down the barriers I’ve set around myself.” – JMR

Much of Super Duper’s hard work up to this point finally began to come to fruition in 2018. Following a string of single releases across 2016 and 2017, fans were treated to Super Duper’s first full body of work since 2015, his VHS EP last February. Following that release in which several tracks cracked a million streams on Spotify alone, he earned opening slots on respective tours with Kasbo and Petit Biscuit this past fall. Audiences were treated to the extraordinarily emotional and authentic sound that Super Duper brings to the table, and he only stands to continue on his upward trend from here. “Canons” is the third single he has released as part of his upcoming EP coming out in March. For now, enjoy the refreshing sounds of Super Duper, and stay tuned for the exciting growth of the fast-rising artist.
