15 year old pop protege Denis Coleman is the popstar in the making that you need in your life. He has been honing his musical craftsmanship from the age of 4 and the multi-instrumentalist even wrote his first original song aged 10.

Born in the States, Denis, currently is based in London and has been studying at the Royal College of Music Junior Department for the past 6 years studying Violin and composition. Denis has already caught the eyes of talent scouts, after winning Open Mic UK / FutureMusic’s Songwriter of The Year competition in 2017, where he beat hundreds on songwriters from across the country to come first place.

2018 saw Denis work harder than ever in the studio, co-writing tracks with Ben Cavanagh, Jamie Sellers, Brookfield and Raphaella to name a few.

Denis has recently been part of The Power of Musik’s schools tour across the UK, a new program created by celebrity vocal coach and mentor CeCe Sammy, it was fashioned mto empower and inspire young people through music education.  Denis joined the collective to take part in a nationwide schools tour where as well as taking part in workshops with students, he performed You live for the first time. Denis is also going to be involved in a UK arena tour, with details to be announced shortly.

You is solely written by Denis and he describes the song as You is based on my own experiences and tries to capture the fun but also the confusion of the early stages of a young romance. Produced by Jamie Sellers, You is pure pop at it’s finest, with an infectious melody complemented by Denis’ youthful voice and lyrics.
