Winter is a season of festivities and celebration, and along with the cold and dry spell, winter season can get tiring and exhausting as it means one celebration after the other. Many a times we tend to neglect our health in the winter season, and also get lazy in keeping up with our exercise and workout routine. With the festivities of Christmas and the New Year in full swing, we may also forget to eat clean and healthy, and that leads to a weak immune system easily prone to illnesses especially flu and cold along with feeling lethargic and dull. Here are a few tips to stay healthy, fresh and strong in the cold temperature:
