Louisville-based Kentucky Fried Queerdos Release New Single “Frreakout”

Louisville-based, Kentucky Fried Queerdos GRLwood have just dropped their single “Frreakout” via Nylon. The mellowed yet buoyant b-side single from their upcoming LP in Januarycomes on the heels of the release of debut album Daddy

Comprised of guitarist Rej Forester and drummer Karen Ledford, the Louisville duo forged a band in the summer of 2017 after a chance encounter at Forester’s solo act show. The band’s cult-like following quickly established the duo as one of the musical acts to watch in the Kentucky music scene. Described as ‘wailing at maximum capacity’, the pioneers of the SCREAM-POP genre continue to challenge social norms, sexuality and heteronormative social structure following up on their full-release debut.
