169 returns with new track ‘Patience’

A rising prospect as an artist in his own right, 169 recently enjoyed major success when he co-produced Dave’s #1 smash hit ‘Freaky Friday’. It caps a year of positive momentum for the versatile artist.

Now 169 signs off for the year in style by dropping his brand new track ‘Patience’. His inventive production allows his sensual vocal style to sparkle: first with a spacious backdrop of stripped-back live elements, and then by building up layers of bass, beats and smooth vocal harmonies. It’s modern British R&B at its most romantic. As he sings, “I’ve been searching for you, I’ve been patient / Love you ‘til the end, there’s no replacement.”

169’s eclectic skills allow him to flourish as both a solo artist and as a collaborator. His own tracks showcase his ability as a vocalist and songwriter, and he also excels at production, mixing and mastering.
