Fanwood, NJ music companies JLS Artist Management and Noble Steed Music are enjoying notable posterity in their sixth year of existence.  The artist-friendly management company and independent label moved into new office space over the summer, experiencing growth in all areas of the company’s operations: management, label service, and events, as well as an expanded internship program.

The diverse JLS Artist Management client roster was extremely busy in 2018, with a variety of projects in television, comedy, film, movies, stage acting, and of course, music.

  • Double Tony nominee Constantine Maroulis toured Australia with Steven Adler (original Guns N Roses drummer), the US with Postmodern Jukebox and Rocktopia, shot two movies including Tara Reid’s “Fifth Borough”, and headlined multiple theater productions including Jekyll and Hyde and Bulldozer.

  • Whitney Woerz is enjoying massive Spotify support for her new single “Love Me Not” with playlist inclusion on “Soft Pop Hits”, “Chill Hits”, and “Weekend Hangouts” as well as significant traffic to YouTube videos for the song, totaling over 50 million views since an August 2018 release.

  • Acclaimed singer-songwriter Brian Dunne performed in support of Secret Sisters, Justin Townes Earle, and Stephen Kellogg, is prepared to release new music early in 2019.  Dunne recently released a single entitled “New Tattoo”, currently spinning on SiriusXM’s CoffeeHouse channel.

  • Canton, Ohio unit Hey Monea hosted their third annual Little C Music Festival in September to supportive crowds, all while recording and releasing new music from upstart Little C Studios.  The band’s most recent release, Hawaiian traditional song “Mele Kalikimaka” will receive airplay on SiriusXM through the holiday season.

  • Paul Pfau is preparing his new EP for early 2019 release, as well as preparing his new “RV-Tha Franklin” for an intended special-event-style warm weather tour.

  • Elvio Fernandes of multi-platinum band Daughtry has been touring relentlessly in support of the band’s July release “Cage To Rattle” which includes his composition “Just Found Heaven”.

  • Andrea Nardello’s rendition of “Silent Night” will receive airplay on satellite, as she tours in support of her latest “Human” EP.

  • In October, Sariah curated and hosted the successful BRAVE concert in NYC to raise money and awareness for Covenant House’s outpost in Guatemala, all while writing and recording a new set for 2019 release.

  • Gene Harding has been headlining the Bad Dads Tour, all in support of his “Human Being” EP, while receiving airplay on the SiriusXM Comedy Channels.

  • Dean James Jr is relocating to Nashville, putting finishing touches on his new record, intended for March 2019 while touring as a vocalist for Robert Randolph and The Family Band.

  • Brooke Moriber has “New Music Nashville” playlist support on Spotify for her new single “Cry Like A Girl”, and Moriber’s new music will see early 2019 release as well.

  • Drummer Seth Faulk saw a year of growth for On The Sun, as well as making music in and around NYC on stage and in the studio.

  • The Gifted Program has a growing underground hit story building for their songs “LitCoin” and “Have You”, featuring The Kid Daytona.

Noble Steed Music intends to expand their music festival offerings in 2019.  Two cornerstone events return – OFF THE RECORD Music Festival will take place in the Poconos at Lukan’s Farm in April, and Little C Music Festival is set for September in Canton, Ohio.  New in 2019 – Born On The Bayou Concert Series, which is set to take place at seven different Louisiana State Parks in the months of March, April and May.  This new music showcase series is meant to shine a brighter light on the incredible breadth and depth of original music being performed throughout Louisiana, a state with a very proud music heritage.  Noble Steed Music has partnered with the Louisiana Department of Culture, Recreation, and Tourism Office of State Parks to put this series of concerts together.

Noble Steed Music has been effective in offering Spotify playlist marketing service, and the company has been able to secure placements for a wide range of clients.  This area of expertise is driving growth for the company, having provided marketing service for over 50 songs during this past calendar year.

The staff of JLS and Noble Steed also donate their time to a not-for-profit organization called The Music Is Love Exchange.  The MILE (Music Is Love Exchange) is a network of artists, musicians, and music lovers bringing positivity and change to the lives of disadvantaged and underserved children, strengthening families and communities both in the U.S. and abroad. The MILE will return to Guatemala from December 1 through December 9 in 2018, the eighth such trip, and will provide 25 million gallons of clean drinking water to needy communities among other activities.

JLS Artist Management and Noble Steed Music were founded in 2013 by entertainment industry veteran Jason Spiewak.  Prior to establishing JLS and Noble Steed, Spiewak served as President at Rock Ridge Music, a Warner Music-distributed record label and management company he co-founded in 2004. Spiewak learned the music business on the independent side of the record company world, with previous work experience at Artemis Records, Studio E Records and TVT Records. Spiewak, a NARAS (Grammy) voting member since 2003, is also an accomplished producer, studio musician, and songwriter.
