PREMIERE: Book Of Shame Releases ‘Compability’

Borrowing inspiration from the likes of New Order, Book of Shame debuts with the release of their new single for “Compability.” The song blends both the 80s sensibility with a much modern twist into perfection.

Book of Shame are Pete Boyd, an award winning director and co creator of the iconic scratch video to New Orders ‘Blue Monday’  and Gary Bridgewood, a talented multi Instrumentalist who has toured the world with acts like The Real Tuesday WeldMichelle Stodart (Magic Numbers) and the Paul Weller backed Troubadour Rose.  Their music has a shifting and unique sound – fusing rock, pop, indie, punk.

In 2019 The Book of Shame release their self titled debut album, It was recorded at the Gun Factory, produced by Rico Conning (The Lines, Wire, Depeche Mode, William Orbit), guests include Fergus Gerrand (Duran Duran, Sting, Katie Melua), Claire Nicholson (Kula Shaker, The Alabama 3), B J Cole (Brian Eno, KD Lang, Sting).
