birthday Releases Lyric Video of “Dream”

Oakland pop artist birthday, a.k.a. Duran Visek, has just released the lyric video to his debut single “Dream” today via RED MUSIC. Fans can check out the lyric video HERE. The hypnotic pop-synth track is the first off of his debut EP out early 2019.

Blessed with synesthesia, which is the ability to see color in music, birthday is always drawing inspiration from the way different sounds evoke specific colors and feelings. When describing “Dream” he states, “‘Dream’ is a stream of purple, yellow, and dimly lit red light.” Visek goes on to add, “it covers the general emotions of moving to Los Angeles in 2016 and living there for 2 years. I was very bright-eyed and bushy tailed when I moved there. It’s kinda wild out there and it was a learning process, taking the good with the bad.” birthday released the debut track this past October. Fans can listen to the track on all streaming devices HERE.
