RICH STEPHENSON LAUNCHES HIS NEW EP “ON A BOAT”

Rich Stephenson returns on 7th December with his new EP Singles.

To celebrate, he will be performing on festival cruises from the UK to Holland in November and December.

The EP features new single Where We Started, recorded in a church with Premises Studios (Michael Kiwanuka, KT Tunstall, Jamie T) – revelling in his knack for melodic hooks, epic choruses and sharp lyrics.

Rich has worked closely with BBC Introducing over the last 18 months, capping off an extensive run of live dates (including Glastonbury) with live sessions for Gaby Roslin (London), BBC Yorkshire and MediaCity (Salford).

On top of that, he has stacked up an impressive amount of radio coverage – his singles Secret and Katie were played nationally by the BBC and playlisted on Amazing Radio, Virgin and the US college radio network.

“This EP is the result of months of hard graft.” Rich explains “The songs have been played all over the globe – so what better way to celebrate than on a cruise ship?”

Rich is currently working on an album with producer Neil Scott (Everything But The Girl, Felt, Denim) and engineer John Spence (Happy Mondays, Sisters of Mercy).
