As an unsigned independent artist, 3LetterzNuk solidified himself as an artist-to-watch after racking up 150,000 worldwide streams and being featured on Aaron Carter‘s 2018 comeback single “Fool’s Gold” that has amassed 7.8 million streams on Spotify alone.
“I Wonder” is produced by Grammy Award-winning hit maker Jason “JG” Gilbert, whose production credits include hits for the likes of Eminem, Christina Aguilera, and Akon, and features Charlie Puth-esque vocals by Marco Foster, the budding 23-year-old pop star that has amassed 400,000 streams on SoundCloud, hit #1 on HypeMachine, and was previously championed by Flo Rida.
“With ‘I Wonder,’ I really had to tap into my emotional bag,” explains 3LetterzNuk of the collaboration. “The inspiration came from countless romantic comedy movies, TV Shows, and fairy tale ending love stories that I kind of envy in a way. This record reflects on a past relationship of mine that I really felt was meant to be… clearly it wasn’t. This is a record for anyone who has loved hard, but for some reason it just did not work out.”
Rapper and singer 3LetterzNuk was born and raised in the South Side Chicago, but spent over a decade in the “Nati” (Cincinnati) polishing his rhymes for mainstream success. Nuk launched his career in the rap game demanding respect and creating a name for himself throughout Cincinnati. He has spent the last few years ghostwriting for several major hip-hop artists-and now it is his time to show the world what he has to offer.
In August 2018, 3LetterzNuk got his big break when he collaborated with Aaron Carter on his comeback single “Fool’s Gold,” which amassed over 7.8 million streams on Spotify. Nuk has since gone on to hit 150,000 streams worldwide. With the release of his 2018 debut single, “Home Studio,” 3LetterzNuk wanted to show love to the one thing that paved the way for him and made him fall in love with music in the first place…the radio. His latest release, “I Wonder,” featuring Marco Foster, is a record for anyone who has loved hard, but for some reason it just did not work out.
