Jordan Max on “Kingdom”: “Kingdom” is the final song I wrote about a break up I went through a few years ago, the emotions at the time inspired a new feeling that brought out a different texture in my voice. This song is me signing off from that relationship and moving on from the dark days and heartache I went through after discovering how painful love can be.”

On the Tales Of Us EP Jordan Max remarked, “These songs came from my life and events that happened to me in the last 2 years. From falling out of love and then the march to freedom.” This release marks JordanMax’s sophomore EP, self-produced alongside Felix Joseph (Jorja Smith, Jesse James Solomon, Suspect, Elli Ingram), and mixed by Nathan Boddy (James Blake, SG Lewis, Bruno Major, Bakar).
