Blood Cultures Premiere “Dunk On Me” Video

Blood Cultures has return with the release of their new music video for “Dunk On Me.” Watch here

The video is a beautiful and terrifying ode to the horror genre which fits somewhere between a Wes Anderson and John Carpenter film (And dropping right in time for Halloween). The avant-garde track bravely jumps between melodic, reverb laden synth-pop to hard, screeching industrial electronica. Honestly, we’ve never heard anything like it before. This is the first video and newest single from the NY/NJ  based artist since their debut album release last year. The anonymous, hooded act is stepping in a new experimental direction and we’re excited to hear more soon.

“Dunk On Me” is an eery, deceptively harmonious piece, with moments of crashing drum beats and sonorous cymbal. Based on the lyrics, one might think this is meant to be a love song. From the video, it appears to be something much darker.” –Amanda Lang, Alt Citizen
