Alternative Female Pop Artist Leda Returns with EP ‘Wildfire’

Although influenced by the likes of Banks, Halsey and Demi Lovato, the Scottish alternative pop singer-songwriter was raised listening to all different genres, from the likes of Led Zeppelin to N.E.R.D. Her diverse influences led to the creation of the EP ‘Wildfire’, with the main structure following an alternative pop theme but with electro, synth and shoegaze elements shown throughout.

It all began for Leda when she started writing at just 12 but it started to truly become a reality after attending a Halsey concert, which inspired her to start working on ‘Wildfire’. Originally posting videos just on Instagram, Leda found an immediate loyal fanbase showing interest, leading to the EP finally going into production.

Alongside her passion for music, the Scottish singer-songwriter is an avid LGBTsupporter, as well as being part of the community herself. She has found her music acts as a way to vocalise her thoughts on the community as well as mental health issues.
