Metts Ryan & Collins Release New Music Video For “I Think That I’m In Love”

VENTS vets and Potland rock trio Metts Ryan & Collins has returned with the release of their new music video for “I Think That I’m In Love.” Watch here

About the song and video, Geoff Metts of Metts Ryan & Collins comments:

“I Think That I’m In Love” The song was written on a guitar in “Open G” tuning that gives it a bluesy feel. I came up with that opening riff and the rest of the chord structure came quickly. The lyrics are about that feeling you get when you really like somebody and you’re pretty sure they really like you, but neither of you have really talked about it. When that dynamic exists between two people their friends can pick up on it and that’s the ‘elephant in the room’. We added some female backup singers to give it a cool southern rock vibe and that was the icing on the cake.

The video was shot during the summer in a warehouse in Portland. We had a blast hanging out but it was HOT in that room. It was a lot of laughs and a lot of cold beer to beat the heat. We really liked the way it turned out, our personalities show through and it looks like we’re having fun because we were.
