Billie Eilish Reveals Video For ‘when the party’s over’

With her SOLD-OUT North American1 BY 1 tour underway, 16-year-old Darkroom/Interscope Records artist Billie Eilish has today revealed the official music video for her latest release ‘when the party’s over.’

The eerie visual is the brainchild of Billie Eilish who is becoming bolder and more avant-garde than ever with her visuals, further contributing towards the growing fascination and adulation the young artist continues to garner around the world.

A bit ago, I was given this beautiful piece of art from a fan that was a drawing of me with black eyes leaking. I thought it was visually really dope and I wanted to physically create it.” Billie explains. “I called everyone on my team and told them exactly what I had in mind. Everyone that worked on it was amazing and it turned out unreal!”

‘when the party’s over’ was produced by her long time collaborator and big brother Finneas O’Connell. The track peaked at #1 on Apple Music and iTunes Alt charts, was the #1 most played song on Beats1 Radio this week and surpassed 16 million Spotify streams, 7.5 million Apple streams and 7.6 million YouTube streams upon release.

Last week, Billie launched ‘BILLIE’S CLOSET,’ a special initiative to help raise money and awareness for Marley’s Mutts and their Pawsitive Change program. As a longtime fan of fashion and thrifting, Billie Eilish’s closet is over flowing with unique and cherished items that Billie has collected and enjoyed over the years. By combining her passion for clothes and love for animals, every Wednesday at 12PM PT/3PM ET, Billie will be selling personal items of clothing via Billie’s Closet and all proceeds will go to Marley’s Mutts and their Pawsitive Change prison program.

Pawsitive Change is a progressive and intensive rehabilitation program matching death row dogs with inmates inside California State Prisons. The goal is to reduce inmate recidivism by providing them a viable skill, while at the same time saving dogs lives. Four experienced trainers guide the program over 14 weeks, during which time, the inmates work towards vocational accreditation, and the dogs towards their Canine Good Citizen Certification. Both man and mutt will use the skills gained in this program to better their lives and stay out of prisons and/or shelters–respectively.
