Keeping up the momentum and navigating their way through the noise with quality music is the Absent Mind label who, after two strong single song releases earlier this year, return for their third single release of 2018.
It’s another piece of solid musical work, and continues their catalogue nicely. With its sights still set on all things chill and downtempo, it’s now the turn of Unlovable to make their debut on the imprint with the driving, 80’s synth-wave inspired “Just Friends.” Not too much is known about the pair, but musically it’s a contemporary throwback with strong melodies and even stronger vocals.
