Guy Gerber launches special Splice Sounds package

House stalwart Guy Gerber has announced the release of his brand new sample pack via Splice, giving fans and producers alike the chance to offer a glimpse into his creative process and inside tips and techniques.

Whilst creating his tracks in the studio, Guy tells us why “unpredictability” is a key element in crafting his often abstract sound. A cloud-based platform for music creation, collaboration and sharing, Splice provides free unlimited backup (Splice Studio), with over 2M+ music producers on the platform today. Users can learn from or remix full project sessions shared in the community by top artists (Splice Community), as well as discover plugins (Splice Plugins) and samples (Splice Sounds).

A growing community within the music world, Splice continue to innovate, teaming up with several of the industry’s most in-demand producers to offer users key production techniques, with N.E.R.D producer Chad Hugo recently pairing up with Splice to release a 150-sound sample pack filled with drums, keys, and loops. The release was the latest in a flurry from artists to have recently debuted packages on the site, including Kendrick Lamar producer Willie B, and techno legend, Carl Cox, who aired hisMy Life in Music’ set on Splice.

Guy’s ‘Late Night Sketches’ is live via Splice Sounds now.
