Aeris says “Running Thru 3am” “is a representation of a past state of mind. It’s for the times during the early hours of the morning when my mind would race around the same thoughts and feelings. I wrote this to map them out and give myself a clearer understanding of my emotions.”

During that period of my life I seemed to only be able to focus on one situation. The thing that I was feeling seemed to cloud my judgement and everything seemed a little more surreal. It was like walking daily through thought tunnels which were invisible to me but at the same time seemed able to affect my perception. We turned that all into Tunnel Vision.”
