TOMMY SWISHER RELEASES “HONEY”

The forward-thinking, genre-bending artist Tommy Swisher (SWISH) returns with “Honey,” a sultry single with an unorthodox visual. Tommy Swisher continues to expand his career as one of the most refreshing and distinctive new voices in contemporary rap. His single “Honey” shows that he hasn’t missed a beat and will continue to deliver with each release.

For the Honey video, I was dedicated to doing something that I hadn’t seen in urban music videos or any music videos for that matter. The honey pouring was inspired by an art expo put together by Blake Little. I brought in my friend Quentin Faulkner to help with the creative aspect of the video & my friends Chris & Hunter executed the shooting very well. I’m so proud of how well it all came together,” Tommy says. The East St. Louis, Illinois artist was already pushing his boundaries but the expo took things to another level and the fearlessness shows throughout the visual.

As exemplified through his fiery passion and forward-thinking process, Tommy Swisher strays away from the norm and tries not to be too reminiscent of everything else going on in music. With a self-declared mission to express himself in the most authentic way, Tommy aims to inspire others to do the same, happily providing a soundtrack for growth and innovation, especially from the most unlikely of origins. His music doesn’t fit into one specific genre but rather finds its strength weaving between melodic hip-hop, pop, and R&B, with smooth melodies, deep lyrics, and profound vocals helping him show the world not only what he is made of but that he is destined for longevity.
