Deliah Combine Soul & Electronica on Anthemic New Single

Deliah, is the collective name for a group of four musicians and producers from Liverpool and London with a unique and distinctive fusion of sounds. Fronted by Michelle Harris, the four-piece have been combining their own musical influences within soul, electronica, funk and indie to create powerful soundscapes and create a stunning, musical narrative.

Their last single “Achromatic”was the first in an innovative concept trilogy – The Mind’s Eye. The band wanted to explore beyond how the public perceives the life of an artist, shining a light on some uncomfortable truths. Each track has a corresponding visual that conceptualises the lyrical message through the work of a different creative pursuit. “Infinite”, marks the second track in the trilogy. It’s an enchanting track that ebbs and flows seamlessly from melancholic riffs to powerful, anthemic crescendos. It’s a perfectly poised interpretation of the passion, intensity, anger and disillusion that comes with a creative pursuit.

“Infinite: focuses on the next part of the journey – mastering a craft. The time and effort put into creating, and achieving, potential can be lost through a struggle and ambition that can have no definitive end point.Who defines something as ‘good’, or a success? Who defines someone as ‘good’, or a success? When is the artist, or craftsman, finished in this endeavour? And, was the finished product worth the struggle. “ – Deliah
